Hey guys,
I'm ready to start hitting the gym after gaining 25 lbs. I remember some of the stuff we did in college but does anyone have any hockey related workout plans they'd like to share?
I think my first goal is obviously get rid of the extra weight with some cardio and light weight training.
Then I'll worry about hitting the weights hard.
