Too non-traditional and so people feel it's not catering to them because they are hardcore fans and don't need cheerleaders to enjoy the game. It would be like they decided to have cheerleaders at Yankee Stadium (for all I know they do, but...) I bet a lot of old school fans would be upset.

Makes sense. I guess they don't need gimmicks like that to fill the seats in Canada. Now down in Dallas.... lol
